Parking rules for the unguarded parking lot

  • By parking a vehicle  in  the parking  lot, a contract  is formed between the driver of the vehicle and the parking lot operator, the terms of which are set forth below. These operating rules are based on applicable laws, in particular Act No. 89/2021 Coll., the Civil Code, as amended, Act No. 361/2000 Coll., on Road Traffic and on Amendments  to Certain Acts, as amended, and Act No. 13/ 1997 Coll., on Roads, as amended.
  • Parking is only possible after paying a parking fee in accordance with the currently valid price list. The driver of the vehicle is required to pay the parking fee immediately upon stopping the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle mustn’t leave the vehicle without paying the parking fee.
  • From Monday until Friday, between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, parking is only possible upon payment of the specified parking fee for each hour or commenced hour, as indicated on the parking ticket issued by the designated parking service.
  • Outside the hours listed  above, from Monday to Friday, on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, parking is only possible after paying the specified parking fee, unless otherwise agreed upon with the parking ticket/ parking card received at the HOTEL RECEPTION.
  • Both the parking ticket and the parking card must be clearly displayed behind  the vehicle’s  windshield while parked in the parking lot.
  • If the paid parking time is exceeded , the driver is required to pay the parking fee before leaving the parking lot.
  • Drivers are required to follow the  instructions of the parking lot staff and obey traffic signs. Neither the driver nor the vehicle’s occupants may litter or damage the parking lot area.
  • The parking lot staff/ hotel reception is authorized to deny parking to any vehicles that damages the parking lot or from which operating fluids are leaking.
  • If a vehicle is parked without payment of the parking fee, the driver is required to  pay a contractual penalty of 2.000 CZK at the hotel reception desk. Payment of the contractual penalty does not relieve the driver of the obligation to pay the parking fee for the entire period of parking. The obligation to pay the contractual penalty applies separately  to each day of unauthorized parking that has begun. The driver is obligated to pay the same contractual penalty  under the same condition in the event of parking without a visibly display parking ticket or parking card, in a situation where a parking ticket or parking card  was issued to them.
  • In the case of parking without payment of the parking fee, the parking lot operator has the right to impound the vehicle, including by technical means, until the parking fee  and any contractual penalties for which the driver is responsible have been paid in full.
  • In the case of parking without payment of the parking fee, the parking lot operator is allowed to have the vehicle towed at the driver’s expense. The flat- rate fee for towing a single passenger vehicle is 5.000 CZK. The driver is obligated to pay half of the flat-rate fee for towing if a tow truck arrives at the location but the vehicle is not towed because the driver or vehicle owner arrives at the location and pays the parking fee and contractual penalties. In accordance with the flat- rate fee for towing, the driver is also obligated to pay the costs of relocating and storing the towed vehicle at another parking lot.  The vehicle operator is allowed to keep the vehicle until all the charges related to the unauthorized parking of the vehicle in the parking lot are paid. The flat-rate towing fee is payable upon the completion of the towing. Half of the flat- rate towing fee is payable upon the dispatch  of the tow truck to the parking lot.
  • The parking lot is NOT GUARDED, and there is no staff (or reception desk) collecting parking fees or monitoring parked vehicles. The operator is not responsible for items or valuables left in vehicles, nor for damage to vehicles parked in the lot.

Any property disagreements arising in connection with parking a vehicle  in the parking lot or violation of the parking regulations or the instructions of the staff shall be finally resolved by the Arbitration Court attached to the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic and the Agricultural  Chamber of the Czech Republic, in accordance with its Rules and Regulations, by a single judge appointed by the President of the Arbitration Court. The arbitration proceedings will take place at the regional  arbitration venue  in Pilsen. The local jurisdiction of the general court is based on the operator’s registered office.

These parking regulations  are effective as of January 1, 2026
