Warning: Never use the safe if the red light is on – it means the batteries are low!

TO PROGRAM THE USER CODE

  1. Open the safe and find the red button behind the front door.
  2. Press the red button until it give a short beep, release the button, the orange light will come on.
  3. Input the user code from 3-8 digits and press „E“ to confirm it.
  4. Once more input the new user code for final confimation and press „E“. If the procedure is successful, the green light will come on.
  5. Now, you have new user code and the safe can be normally used.

TO OPEN THE SAFE BY NEW USER CODE

  1. Input the user code you programmed, then press „E“.
  2. The green light will come on, please turn the knob in the front door.
  3. The safe is open

Warning: If you input the programmed user code, you have 5 seconds to open the safe. Three times wrong code will result in the micro processor refusing to accept the input for the time needed for safe security, max. cca 3-5 minutes.

If the wrong digit is input, you can press „C“ to cancel it.

TO CLOSE THE SAFE

  1. Close the door.
  2. Turn the knob anti-clockwise in the front door to lock the safe.
  3. The safe is closed.

Please kindly note, that hotel cannot accept liability for money, valuables or articles left in room mini electronic safe, in your room or personal safe. In case of forgetting your programmed user code, or refusing to accept the input, only management of the Hotel Continental is authorized to open room mini electronic safe every day from 8 am to 2pm after arrangement with receptionists of Hotel Continental or with Café Restaurant staff.

Arrival information

Dear guests, welcome to the Hotel Continental. We are delighted by your decision to stay with us. We hope that our services will contribute to your enjoyment of the European Capital of Culture 2015, the city of Plzeň.

Accommodation Regulations

Accommodation of guests at the Continental Hotel is carried out on the basis of an accommodation contract concluded in accordance with the provisions of Section 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, on the basis of which the guesthouse provides the guest with temporary accommodation for an agreed period and the guest (hereinafter also the “guest”) undertakes to pay the accommodation provider for accommodation and related services within the period specified in these accommodation regulations. The accommodation contract is always concluded in writing. To comply with the formal requirements, at least a written or e-mail confirmation of the reservation order or completion of the guest registration form is sufficient. The registration form contains the name and surname, place of residence, ID card number or passport number for entry in the house register. To verify this data, the guest is obliged to present an identity document. Without presenting an identity card, the guest cannot be accommodated.
