Accommodated guests are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic based on Czech law and the accommodation rules of Hotel Continental, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "accommodation facility"). The accommodated guest accepts the accommodation rules as a contractual condition of accommodation and is obliged to comply with its provisions. Each guest is obliged to familiarize himself with these accommodation rules; his ignorance will not be taken into account. The accommodation rules are available at the hotel reception and on the website. The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "conditions") of the accommodation facility operated by Hotel Continental, s.r.o., with its registered office at Zbrojnická 312/8, 301 00 Plzeň, Company ID: 64831035, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Pilsen, Section C, File No. 7260, regulate the mutual contractual relationship between Hotel Continental, s.r.o. and the natural person who orders the services (hereinafter referred to as the "client").
