Notice for hotel guests - MAIN DOOR.
Accommodated guests are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic based on Czech law and the accommodation rules of Hotel Continental, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as the "accommodation facility"). The accommodated guest accepts the accommodation rules as a contractual condition of accommodation and is obliged to comply with its provisions.
Each guest is obliged to familiarize himself with these accommodation rules; his ignorance will not be taken into account. The accommodation rules are available at the hotel reception and on the website.
The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "conditions") of the accommodation facility operated by Hotel Continental, s.r.o., with its registered office at Zbrojnická 312/8, 301 00 Plzeň, Company ID: 64831035, entered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Pilsen, Section C, File No. 7260, regulate the mutual contractual relationship between Hotel Continental, s.r.o. and the natural person who orders the services (hereinafter referred to as the "client").
These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the temporary rental of hotel rooms (provision of accommodation services by the accommodation facility) for accommodation and in the use of other accompanying services offered to clients of the accommodation facility.
The contractual relationship between the client and the hotel is established by the confirmation of the order for stay by the accommodation facility. The accommodation facility undertakes to provide the client with a stay and to ensure the agreed scope and quality of the agreed services (hereinafter referred to as the "stay") and the client undertakes to pay the agreed price to the accommodation facility.
The order for services can be made in person at the hotel reception, by telephone, by e-mail, through a service intermediary or through the online booking system on the hotel's website.
i. Book a stay:
ii. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed contractual prices for accommodation and other services used by him based on the prices set out in the price list or reservation system.
iii. The prices of the services provided are stated in the currently valid catalogue, price lists, offer sheets or www.hotelcontinental.cz or according to the relevant website of the service intermediary.
The services and prices in the catalogue listed are subject to change.
iv. The client is obliged to pay for the ordered accommodation and services according to the cancellation conditions stated. The client is informed of the cancellation / payment conditions before sending a binding reservation. A valid payment/credit card is required to guarantee the reservation (or a paid advance invoice payable according to the valid payment and cancellation conditions). The provider reserves the right to pre-authorize the payment card.
v. In the case of payment on invoice, the client is obliged to pay the advance invoice in the agreed amount according to the agreed payment and cancellation conditions, by the date specified on the document as the due date.
We consider the services to be paid on the day the payment is credited to the bank account.
i. If the client is in default with the payment for the services provided, the accommodation facility has the right to claim interest on the delay from the client in accordance with Government Regulation No. 351/2013.
ii. All payments will be made in Czech crowns (CZK) or euros (EUR).

a) the right to proper provision of contractually agreed and paid services
b) the right to be informed of any changes in contractually agreed services
c) the right to withdraw from the contract at any time before the start of the stay or the use of individual services in accordance with Article II.
d) the right to claim defects
ii. Customer obligations:
a) provide the hotel with the cooperation necessary for the proper provision and provision of services, in particular to truthfully and completely state the required data in the order, including reporting any changes to such data;
b) without undue delay inform the hotel of its position on any changes in the conditions and content of the agreed services;
c) receive from the hotel the documents necessary for the use of the services and arrive at the destination at the specified time;
d) in the event of withdrawal from the contract, the customer is obliged to notify the hotel of such withdrawal from the contract and pay a termination fee according to the specified cancellation conditions.
i. provide the client with all information regarding the stay;
ii. ensure the client’s stay based on the confirmed order and in accordance with generally binding legal regulations;
iii. in the event of withdrawal from the concluded contract by the client in accordance with these terms and conditions or the law, pay the difference in price between the already paid stay and the relevant cancellation fees no later than 14 days after receiving the cancellation in writing.
The client has the right to cancel the stay at any time, i.e. to withdraw from the contract. The contractual relationship is terminated and the participation is canceled on the day when the withdrawal (cancellation of the stay) is notified in writing to the Continental Hotel in writing or orally. In this case, the hotel has the right to charge a cancellation fee / cancellation fee (contractual penalty). The cancellation fee is payable immediately. After deducting the cancellation fee from the total price of the stay, the customer will receive back the remainder of the paid amount. If the amount of the cancellation fee (cancellation fees) is higher than the advance payment, the client is obliged to pay an amount equal to the amount of the cancellation fee (cancellation fees). In accordance with the provisions of Section 1820, paragraph 1) letter s) of the Civil Code and Section 14, paragraph 1 and Section 20d et seq. of Act No. 634/1992 on Consumer Protection, the seller informs that with a proposal for out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute, the consumer may contact the body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes, which is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, on the website www.coi.cz. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority handles proposals for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes in the manner and under the conditions set out in the relevant legal regulations. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision of these conditions excludes the possibility for the consumer to address his claim to a civil court.
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, with its registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 000 20 869, internet address: www.coi.cz, is responsible for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes arising from a purchase contract. The online dispute resolution platform located at the internet address http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr can be used to resolve disputes between the seller and the buyer arising from a purchase contract.

These "Terms" are an integral part of the service order.
Accommodation of guests at the Continental Hotel is carried out on the basis of an accommodation contract concluded in accordance with the provisions of Section 2326 et seq. of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code, on the basis of which the guesthouse provides the guest with temporary accommodation for an agreed period and the guest (hereinafter also the “guest”) undertakes to pay the accommodation provider for accommodation and related services within the period specified in these accommodation regulations. The accommodation contract is always concluded in writing. To comply with the formal requirements, at least a written or e-mail confirmation of the reservation order or completion of the guest registration form is sufficient. The registration form contains the name and surname, place of residence, ID card number or passport number for entry in the house register. To verify this data, the guest is obliged to present an identity document. Without presenting an identity card, the guest cannot be accommodated.
