Room 106 is Jeanne Moreau. Named after the famous French actress. Her stay at the Continental spanned several weeks in the year 2000, during which time she participated in the filming of Les Miserables, based on Victor Hugo's novel of the same name. The room faces the park in front of the hotel, and features 1930's period antique furniture, original works of art, and has a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Jeanne Moreau was born in 1928 to a French father and English mother. Moreau studied at the Conservatoire de Paris, and is a BAFTA and Cesar Awards-winning French actress, screenwriter, and director.
